Manual return

We recommend that you always keep your proof of shipment . This allows you to track your package and prove it has been sent or delivered.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days .
FIFTY-K is not responsible for loss during shipping . Return and exchange fees are non-refundable .

We process returns within 14 days (legal period), often faster.

Return Policy

Make sure your return meets these requirements:

  • The sneakers are completely unworn (no creases, no dirt, no signs of wear).

  • The shoebox is in the same condition as received.

  • All original accessories and tags are present and attached (including factory tags, extra laces, tags, accessories).

  • Always ship your sneakers in an extra outer box to prevent damage.

  • Always keep your proof of shipment; we are not responsible for lost returns.

Cancellation Policy

Do you want to cancel your order?

  • Within 4 hours: no extra costs.

  • After 4 hours: Shipping and payment fees will be charged, as we operate internationally and incur costs within 24 hours to process your order.

Important (Klarna):
For cancellations of orders placed through Klarna , a €15 non-refundable transaction fee will be charged .

Rejected package:
If a package is refused upon delivery, a €15 shipping and payment fee will be charged.
