2. Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries of FIFTY-K.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Products
3.1 FIFTY-K only sells 100% new and authentic products .
3.2 All product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
3.3 Prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders
4.1 An order is final once payment has been successfully completed.
4.2 FIFTY-K reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of misuse, fraud, or technical errors.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment must be made in full via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
5.2 In case of payment problems, FIFTY-K has the right to suspend or cancel the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Orders will be shipped within 2 to 10 business days .
6.2 Shipping is done via PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS , depending on the customer's choice (where available).
6.3 FIFTY-K is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6.4 As soon as a package has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive a track and trace code.
6.5 The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package has been delivered to the specified address.
7. Returns
7.1 Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
7.2 Returns are only possible when the product is returned in its original condition, completely new, unworn and with all original tags and packaging .
7.3 Products with signs of use, damage or missing labels will not be accepted.
7.4 Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7.5 After approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days .
8. Exchange
8.1 Exchanges are possible within the return period, provided the desired product is in stock.
8.2 Any shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Warranty
9.1 FIFTY-K guarantees that all products are new and authentic.
9.2 Manufacturing defects will be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
9.3 Damage due to misuse, wear and tear or incorrect maintenance is not covered by the warranty.
10. Liability
10.1 FIFTY-K is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
10.2 Any liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
11. Privacy
11.1 FIFTY-K processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
11.2 Data will only be used to process orders and will not be shared with third parties without permission.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 In the event of force majeure (for example strikes, pandemics, transport problems or disruptions), FIFTY-K may postpone or cancel delivery.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All texts, photos, and content on the website are the property of FIFTY-K and may not be used without permission.
14. Applicable Law
14.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
14.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
